We do five training sessions per week, most sessions are on our trampoline, the same type as they used at the Olympics! jumping on our Olympic trampoline

Our double mini trampoline broke, but we try to go PE regularly to train on it there. double mini trampoline in Port Elizabeth
We also don't have a tumbling track, so for tumbling on a track we also have to go to PE. on the tumbling track in Port Elizabeth

We also do 'street tumbling': fun stuff like standing back flips, wall flips, beach tumbling and more. tumbling on the beach
We compete at provincial competitions, national championships and at international competitions like the world championships. competing at National Championships
We win many medals, trophies and awards! We even win medals overseas! winning medals, trophies and awards
