Four Nemato fencers competed at the Eastern Cape Open in Port Elizabeth.

Our fencers went to Port Elizabeth for a training session by a coach from Germany.

Lottery equipment
Lottery donated us fencing equipment. For the first time we have a piste: now we can do real competitions at our club.

winning in George (23 June)
We participated in an inter-provincial fencing competition in George, and for the first time
Nemato won the overall tournament trophy as best club in the event!

Super Sport (17 May)
Super Sport was filming our fencers at Nemato.

Ranking Competition in Limpopo (10 & 11 March)
Two Nemato fencers went to Limpopo for the National Ranking Competition.
Anoxolo improved his national ranking to number 15 at the competition in Limpopo.
Siphosethu, who is new in the ranking, is at number 26.

Trials for Notional Ranking (25 February)
We competed at the Eastern Cape Trials in Port Alfred for the National Ranking Competition
in Limpopo. Siphosethu won gold in his group and as together with Anaxolo selected for Limpopo.

Eastern Cape Champs (3 January)
Our fencers were at Nelson Mandela University for the Eastern Cape Fencing Championships:
silver for Anoxolo and bronze for Lebu.
